- To respond to enquiries and deliver requested reports or follow-ups.
- To operate and improve talyasmart.com (aggregated analytics only).
- To fulfil contractual obligations if you become a client.

Form submissions are retained for up to 12 months so we can follow up on legitimate business enquiries. Analytics data is retained according to DataFast’s processor terms (aggregated, non-identifying).
